Returns/Exchange of Stock Items


Client satisfaction is my priority. Items purchased can be exchanged if unworn and in original condition & packaging within 14 days of purchase. Shipping charges on exchanged items and new shipping charges will be billed to the customer and must be paid prior to shipment.
If the item purchased is a gift, it is understood that correct sizing for the recipient can sometimes be difficult to accomplish for various reasons. I will do my best to work with the recipient to make sure that the correct outcome and total satisfaction is accomplished in a timely manner.



Custom Orders


A deposit is required for all commission and custom orders, full balance & shipping fees is due prior to delivery. Email photos, studio visits and customer measurements are offered in order to make this process as accurate as possible. Images of a final piece will be presented by email or in person prior to shipping which is the responsibility of the client.

The satisfaction of the client is important and I strive to do my best to deliver a customer order in a timely manner not to exceed 4-6 weeks. Images of any custom client order remain my intellectual property and may be used in future designs, photo reproductions as well as print and online advertising, while keeping the client’s sensitive personal information private and secure.



Repair


Defects in workmanship are determined in person so please contact me to make arrangements for return of these pieces. Upon inspection I will repair or replace and piece that I deem as defective within 2 weeks of receipt.
Should you need a piece replaced due to incorrect use or accidental damage I will do my best to offer a fair rate of replacement. It is my goal for my pieces to live a long life with their owner and it’s in our best interest for you to be able to continue to wear your special piece for many years to come.
