Evolution is a line of new work that was born from my explorations in creating new and interesting textures and forms. They each begin with wax carving and sand casting each piece by hand.

Moonstone has a palpable connection to the moon. It's know as the Traveler's Stone for the protection it affords, especially at night, and because of its uplifting quality of hope. It's a Fedspar mineral that exhibits soft watery opaqueness and silvery white and multicolored reflections.

The result is chunky and substantial structures that have unique textures that are lightly oxidized and finished with a soft brushed finish. This ring is adorned with a large oval rose cut rainbow moonstone.
