Catch & Release Wild Salmon No.2S

Artistic interpretation meets solid form, each of these Catch & Release designs resonates the elemental structure of the iconic Wild Salmon. It's strong spirit and sacred vital migration to it's original birth place inspired this rugged hand forged creation.

Utilizing hand hammered patterns & oxidizing each piece the iconic style and strength of the Salmon is represented as a talisman of sorts. An ode to the fortitude and movement required for it's survival.

Wild Salmon No.2 in Sterling Silver measures 2 1/2"long x 3/4"wide and hangs from a thick soldered oval sterling ring. Slight variations in size are possible due to the hand forging process. Each piece is hand crafted in my studio in Maine. Hanging on a 3mm antiqued leather, replacements for worn leather are available at any time for $5 fee.

In the true spirit of giving back, I will donate $5 for each piece of jewelry in this Catch & Release, Wild Salmon series to the Atlantic Salmon Federation. It is my intent to support an organization that represents sustaining and protecting the Wild Atlantic Salmon and their environment.                                                                                                            "The Atlantic Salmon Federation is dedicated to the conservation, protection and restoration of wild Atlantic salmon and the ecosystems on which their well being and survival depend."

Inspired by my Father's love of nature, fishing & creativity I feel it's my calling to make a difference for my Children and Grandchildren. I do this so that they too may continue to share the experience of their love of fishing with their family and to help protect a healthy, natural habitat for generations to come.
