Artistic interpretation meets solid form, each of these Catch & Release designs resonates the elemental structure of the iconic Striped Bass. Existing in rivers, bays, inlets, estuaries and creeks Striped Bass can reach up to 4ft in length.
Utilizing hand hammered patterns & oxidizing each piece the iconic style and strength of the fish is represented as a talisman of sorts. An ode to the fortitude and movement required for it's survival.
Striper No.2 Keychain in Bronze measure 2 1/2"long x 1"wide and hangs from a soldered silver oval ring. Slight variations in size are possible due to the hand forging process. Each piece is hand crafted in my studio in Maine & hangs on a US made stainless key chain.
In the true spirit of giving back, I will donate $5 for each piece of jewelry in this Catch & Release, Striped Bass series to the Atlantic Salmon Federation. It is my intent to support an organization that represents sustaining and protecting the Wild Atlantic Salmon & in turn other fish as well benefit from these protections to their environment. "The Atlantic Salmon Federation is dedicated to the conservation, protection and restoration of wild Atlantic salmon and the ecosystems on which their well being and survival depend."
Inspired by my Father's love of nature, fishing & creativity I feel it's my calling to make a difference for my Children and Grandchildren. I do this so that they too may continue to share the experience of their love of fishing with their family and to help protect a healthy, natural habitat for generations to come.
